Happy New Year Training

Happy New Year! I have set my goals and picked out some my events for the new year. Let the training begin! I do a fair amount of solo training but the group training sessions are by far the best choice! I find myself pushing a little harder while having fun and the time goes by so much faster!

 

In the pool I am forced to keep up with my lane mates and do the prescribed workout. No slacking on drills either! When there are enough people it is a great chance to practice drafting. I have gotten through many challenging swim
