"The Unimportance of Speed" ...speed tells us very little, next to nothing, and is an awful proxy for judging workouts.
"Strength Building and Cereal" ...Pre, during, and immediately following workouts the body needs simple carbohydrates, and ideally, those containing a fair amount of sugar.
